Many people ask why do we charge a fixed fee ?? Well, the answer is simple, we believe that traditional Estate Agent charge too much, and based on a % we feel is not a fair way to charge. We think that the same amount and standard of work should be put in on every sale whether its a sale price of £50,000 or £500,000, so the fee should be a reflection of this.


Our Fixed Fee is ONLY £899 , no matter what your selling price is!

And if you decide to take our mortgage and protection advice ,we will reduce this further to £799!!
